PRESS RELEASE

Set in the Peruvian Andes, Eduin and the Golden Scepter of the Incas is a live action feature film filled with Andean folklore and mythology. The film will be shot September 2012 in a magnificent national preserve with a rare ecosystem called Nor Yauyos-Cochas.

This extraordinary film project has been designed with a powerful environmental and social impact plan, which will be transformative for the people living in the region where the film will be made.

According to director Gaston Vizcarra, “What makes this project special, aside from sorcerers, ancient Inca gods coming to life and a fantastic production team, is the environmental impact we know it can have. Through Eduin we're creating a message that’s global and environmental, a message that will inspire the next generation to take care of the planet.”

By helping to make this movie, Eduin’s backers will make it possible to preserve this amazing eco-system and jump start sustainable eco-tourism there.
